Founder and current president Lance Dixon used his experience at Kinko’s in the early 90’s and later at the University of Illinois print shop to learn the printing business. When it became clear that the industry was moving towards digital technology, Lance founded Dixon Graphics. The company opened its doors in September of 2001 as the first digital print shop in East Central Illinois.

Our offerings have grown from the limited capabilities of opening day. Over the years, we’ve added envelope printing and mailing services, screen printing and embroidery, stickers and labels, and we’ve expanded the bindery services we offer in-house.

Strategic acquisitions have included Safeway Printing in 2009, Weiskamp Screen Printing is 2021, and Lincoln Bookbindery in 2025.

Today, Dixon Graphics is a proud member of the Printing, Packaging, and Production Workers Union (PPPWU) Local 458M. We take pride in serving our employees, our customers, and the community.
