Custom Ink Mixing
Spot Color Printing
Spot color printing uses specific, pre-mixed ink colors to achieve a precise and consistent color. Unlike process printing, which blends four basic inks to create a full spectrum of colors, spot color printing applies individual inks for each chosen color. We can accommodate up to 6 ink colors.
This is the most common method and is ideal for branding, logos, and designs requiring exact color matches.
4-Color Process Printing
4-color process, also known as CMYK printing, is a technique used to reproduce full-color images using four primary colors: Cyan (C), Magenta (M), Yellow (Y), and Black (K). This process mimics the color mixing used in standard printing (like in newspapers or magazines), where these four colors combine in various proportions to create a broad spectrum of colors.
4-color process printing is ideal for photographic prints and art with lots of subtle tones and gradients
HEAT PRESS DECORATION
Heat press decoration offers a large variety of specialty materials making it ideal for full color prints as well as personalization. Transfers today have a soft feel and a high quality print appearance. This also is a good option when your artwork has more than seven ink colors.

Direct To Garment (DTG) printers produce detailed, high-resolution, colorful designs using eco-friendly water-based inks. It is ideal for small batches or one-off prints, making it perfect for custom designs.

ART FEES
Art fees are applied to complex and/or time-consuming art preparation, excessive revisions, or the creation of original designs. This fee is billed at $80 per hour and we’ll always keep you informed of the costs before proceeding. One half-hour of artwork preparation is included free with every order.
FINISHING SERVICES
Our finishing services include folding, bagging, and tagging. It’s a great way to get that retail-ready look and keep everything organized.
CUSTOM INK MIXING
Custom ink mixing is $25 per color based on the Pantone Matching System (PMS). Learn more here.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free delivery within Champaign County and can ship via UPS or USPS domestically and internationally.
